To save you from tears, we've picked some of the happiest ones!

'Buying a house - suddenly having responsibility for everything that happens in the house, and having to fix it, has been a revelation.'
'Diagnosed treated and cured of cancer and using that to have the desire to see the world & enjoy life to the full'
'Falling in love, getting married and buying our own home!'
'Getting engaged! In a month, that will change to getting married!! :-)'
'Having our first child. Amazing, life-affirming, scary but hugely fulfilling.'
'I packed a case and moved to Scotland from the South-East even though I didn't have a job, anywhere to live or any money. It was a spur of the moment decision, without any thought and I've never looked back. Best thing I've ever done.'
'I spent 3 weeks in Sri Lanka helping to build houses for Tsunami victims. It was the most amazing holiday I have ever had.'
'Meeting a group of work colleagues who both motivate me and are just great fun. It is a joy going into work.'
'Meeting my husband to be in Kings Cross train station!'
'My most life changing experience has been finally getting the job of my dreams - before I knew it was the job of my dreams! I now have a career path that I am excited about following and feel driven about where my life is going'
'My most life changing experience has been finishing university. Since then my life has been one new experience after another. First apartment, first 'real' job, first promotion, being financially independent, being able to travel.'
'My mum getting breast cancer and surviving - I do a whole lot more for charity, I promote awareness a lot more among people I know, and I appreciate my mum lots more too!'
'Meeting my lovely girlfriend 2 years ago. I love you Gilly :)'
And here is one Urban Lifer who truly knows that he's the luckiest man on earth!
'Meeting my soon to be wifey. She's a good girl, without any grief she lets me watch anything I want on TV (including every game of the cricket world cup), catch up with my mates when I want, enjoys cooking, gets on with my friends, works, and believes in equality. I do my bit, listen to her rants and add 2 cents if needed, surprise her with dinner/flowers every now and then, get on with her friends and attend events she wants to go to, go shopping for clothes and food ……and enjoy it, get on with her family, look forward to having kids, and all other supporting activities she requires. Every month she'll get mood swings, so go along with it and duck anything thrown my way. Ying Yang is the way to go, so she is the catalyst to my happiness. Of course, we'd better not divorce cause then she'd claim half of everything!'
