30% of you have taken a business flight in the last 12 months, with 6 in 10 having an influence over the airline chosen. Your top three airlines for business are British Airways, Easyjet & Ryanair. Let’s not forget pleasure, over half of you have flown long haul* for leisure reasons in the last 12 months, with North America being the most popular long haul destination. The top 3 airlines flown by you long haul are British Airways, Virgin & Easyjet. 3 in 10 of you would pay extra for a better travel experience in the air. The top three most annoying aspects of flying to you are: tight seating, delays and queues.

‘Where they announced once we were up in the air that the cabin could not remain pressurised at the height we were supposed to be flying at, so we had to fly lower which would mean burning more fuel, and they were unsure if we had enough to make it or would have to detour.’
‘When travelling to Venice with Ryanair on the way there, after trying to land three times, the pilot gave up and took us to a different Venice airport.’
‘When there was rats running around Jordan airport and beetles in the toilets and we had to wait 5hours for our connecting flight out of there!’
‘When I had to run to the gate to catch a connecting flight and knew that my bags weren't going to make it, so I turned up in China and spent the entire holiday without my luggage!’
‘When I didn't fly - I was in Amsterdam with my husband last August when the current security issues kicked off. We stayed another night, but still couldn't fly back to the UK. We ended up taking a train across Holland, Belgium and France back to Calais and then a boat over to Dover.’

Over half of you have looked for a new job in the last month, 18% of which were actively looking whilst 29% were just browsing. The top sectors that you are interested in viewing job adverts for are Pubic Sector (25%), Media & Marketing (25%) and IT (24%). For those of you that are likely to start looking for a job over the next 12 months the top 3 resources that you intend to use are recruitment websites, recruitment consultants and word of mouth. Urban sex

Well I think we can now truly say that we know all about Urbanites; no stone is left uncovered! For the first time ever on one of our surveys we asked you about your sex life and 9 in 10 of you were happy to answer!
77% of those who took part are currently with a sexual partner. The average Urban Lifer has had around 11 partners in their lifetime, with 18 being the average age for losing your virginity. On average, you think that anything over 27 partners in a life time is too many. Well, we don't know how you find time for it in your busy lives, but on average you think about sex around 8 times a day, and surprise, surprise male Urban Lifers think about sex around 10 times a day compared to 4 times a day for female Urban Lifers. It must be all that rain that you get up there or something in the water, but by far the naughtiest city is Glasgow. You Glaswegian Urban Life members think about sex the most among our Metro readers, thinking about sex on average 10 times a day compared to the average of 8! Those of you currently with a sexual partner have sex around 3 times a week, with only 29% feeling that they get enough sex. Top naughty activities that Urbanites have done:
