The majority of you have furthered your education after school, with 79% having been to university or a further education college.
University Degrees
59% of you have a degree with 72% graduating in the past 10 years. Of those of you who went to university, just 9% regret going and wished you had gone straight into work. A large proportion (44%) were worried when you left, as you didn't know if you would get the job you wanted. Your attitude towards your degrees was also very positive with 85% agreeing that it provides invaluable experience. Studying the right degree is also important with 58% of you thinking it matters what subject you study.
Your opinion is split on whether students should pay for their studies, with slightly more believing they shouldn't have to (46%). A large majority of you thought that the cost was far too much now (81%). However just under a quarter (22%) managed to leave without owing a single penny (very lucky) but 4% were left saddled with debts of £20K or more (ouch!). The average amount you owed when you left was £6,800. However the younger of you accumulated far more, with those graduating this year owing on average, £9,400.
52% found that your degree did not guarantee you a salary that matched your expectations from your first job. Your average starting salary was £14,800 for those of you leaving university with a degree. Most of you are in agreement (88%) that experience is more important than a degree.
Now is that the worst job ever???
Now pretty much all of you had one or two dire jobs in your time. There was a very lucky few that stated they never had! Some of the extremely awful jobs include shovelling excrement at a battery chicken farm and working in a fish shop. 'Stapling raffle tickets together'

Lazy summer or frantic runner
This summer in particular brought many long sunny days and quite a few of you decided that if you wanted to expose your white bits then you needed to begin working out (30%). Those of you working out tend on average to do so three times a week for just under an hour. Interestingly the younger of you have a tendency to work out slightly less often but when you do it tends to be for longer. The most common method is going to the gym (49%) with running / jogging in second place with 35%. An overwhelming majority believes it is important to keep fit (91%) but only 15% actually consider yourselves to be so. 81% believe you should exercise more as keeping fit helps to attract the opposite sex (66%). However you are busy people with 45% of you claiming there are simply not enough hours in the day to exercise. But always remember that banging on about fitness is not good conversation with 64% of you claiming that fitness freaks are boring.
36% of you belong to a gym. It seems that when it comes to choosing which one to join, cheapness and location to home or work are the major deciding factors. 45% of you who began a new fitness regime this summer said you noticed an overall improvement in your fitness with 44% also losing weight. An overall improvement in health and happiness also came from your new enthusiastic approach and a heartening 97% of you said you would continue this beyond the summer.
Lazy Sunday afternoon
Well, you lot love a BBQ with 72% enjoying one at a friend's place and 45% having your own over the summer. Also a great proportion went to a festival or two this summer with many of you attending one or more of the most popular ones such as V, Fruitstock, the Carling Weekender or the Metro Weekender. Phil Daniel's sang, 'I get up when I want…' at the beginning of Blur's Parklife. Well that's not so for you lot, with the majority up before 7:30AM (82%). An average of 51 minutes elapses before you leave the house, with 20 minutes being spent on personal grooming. Breakfast is eaten every morning by 31% of you but a larger proportion (41%) never eats before leaving the house.
On an average weekday, Metro is the first piece of media a third of you come into contact with, which is on par with radio It is also by far and away the media that most of you come into contact with before you get to work, with 56% of you having seen Metro. 15% of you come into contact with the radio before you get to work.
For those of you in London your commute into work takes on average 52 minutes, if you are lucky enough to commute for just 35 minutes then you live outside of London. Combinations of different transport methods are used and in London a majority use the Underground (59%).

You tend to stay at work for an average of 8½ hours with 40 minutes taken at lunchtime. But not everyone takes a lunch break, with 62% of you working through at least once a week
You do try to get out of the office to enjoy an evening with 72% managing to be out by 6PM. An average of 3 or 4 evenings is spent at home during the week and you spend about 2 hours winding down.
A large proportion of you choose to wind down by watching TV (86%), with 62% turning it on every evening. The average amount of time per evening watching TV is just under 2 hours
To complete the day and go back round to the morning, all that is needed is the time spent with eyes closed lost in a dream. Well, you sleep on average for 7 hours a night. Then you do the same thing all over again!
