MOBILE PHONE GAMES

35% of you have played games on your mobile phone in the last month. 40% of men, 28% of women and 42% of age 18-24s.

Amongst that third who have recently played mobile phone games, 70% played games that were already on your mobile phone when you bought it. However, the other 30% downloaded games from a website.

Mobile phone games are most likely to be played while on the commute home - 52% of you who played games did so on the evening commute. The morning commute into work was also a popular time, with 36% playing then

These occasions were followed by: 30% who played while waiting for friends to turn up, 17% playing at home in the evening, 9% playing at weekends and 7% playing at lunchtime at work.

However, 16% said you played mobile phone games at "other" times, and typed in the occasion. In these free text answers, it emerged that the top "other" destination for game-playing was on the toilet while doing a number 2, particularly when at work!! (This equates to 5% of all those game players that do this!)

MULTIMEDIA MOBILES

Multimedia Mobile Phone 66% of you have a mobile phone with a built-in camera, capable of taking and sending pictures (equal for men and women, but a massive 73% of all 18-29 year olds).
